About Alexandra Yeung
Alexandra offers a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy grounded in empathy, curiosity, and genuine connection. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where adolescents and adults can explore their experiences, feel understood, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Her integrative practice draws from Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural (DBT), and Narrative therapy, helping clients make sense of their stories while building practical strategies for change. Alexandra has experience in working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, questions of sexual identity, and faith/spirituality. She approaches therapy collaboratively and at each client’s pace, honouring the complexity of their lived experiences. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys reading, watching movies (at the local theatre!), and travelling across the country.
